The hardest part is getting started.
Many times we stroll into the gym with great intentions but can’t seem to get the ball rolling. Or some days, we’re just not feeling it at all.
As any good self-help guru will tell you, the solution is to create a routine. They’re essential to eliminating the problems with getting started. So rather than trying to shake-up your warm-up for every session, or starting with a half-assed effort that does nothing, have a go-to plan for getting started.
If you can roll into the gym knowing exactly how to begin, it gets your workout moving downhill, no matter how you feel that day.
