The Crossover Symmetry Dryland Training program is an efficient and effective way to improve swimming performance with simple and easy to use equipment. Goal of this 12-week program is to improve your strength, mobility, and endurance on-land to help you get faster in the water.

Step by Step Instruction

The Swim Like A. Fish Team will guide you through 4 phases in this 12-week plan designed to enhance mobility, address stroke imbalances, build strength for your catch, and increase power for your Freestyle pull. Each exercise in this plan includes its own instructional video, so you know exactly how to perform each rep.

Durable Equipment

The entire program can be done on the go with your Crossover Symmetry bands for both upper and lower body training, and delivered entirely through the Crossover Symmetry Mobile App.
