The Crossover Symmetry system was recommended by my PT. Due to the severity of my injury, I was initially unable to achieve full range of motion with the 7lb. band. The videos were very helpful to show me the correct technique for each movement as well as adaptations I needed for my limitations. Three weeks into the doing the activation program twice per day, I moved up to doing full range of motion with the 10lb. and 15 lb. bands. My shoulder feels fully recovered!

Both my strength and range of motion have gotten much better.
After struggling with subpar PT, I found a really good PT who turned me on to the CS system. My pain levels have reduced and I am much less frustrated with this chronic issue. I love the simplicity of the system. The activation phase of the program was just what I needed and I have bridged into the strength training phase. Both my strength and range of motion have gotten much better.
