What Resistance
To Get

When purchasing an Individual Package, you will have 3 resistance options to choose from. For adults experiencing shoulder pain, we recommend either the Novice or Athletic.

The Novice package is recommended if you have pain associated with regular daily activities such as:

• Opening and closing doors
• Reaching for items overhead
• Putting on your seatbelt

The Athletic package is recommended if you can perform the daily activities listed above without pain, but you do have pain associated with physical activities such as:

• Lifting weights
• Throwing
• Swimming

 

What Attachment
To Get

When purchasing an Individual Package, you will have 3 types of attachment options to choose from. 

Door Belts

Designed to fit commercial or residential doors between 28″ and 44″ in width. Includes instructions for proper installation and use of the door belts.

Rack Straps

Designed to attach to any squat rack or other stable structure. Can also be looped together to wrap around larger stable structures (i.e. trees, poles, etc).

Anchors

Can be mounted to a wall or to a squat rack. The custom made wall mounts are ated to overs 500 lbs each. Includes hardware for installation on wood/metal.
